A brave battle was fought today in year 4. All sides put up a good fight but ultimately, the Romans won! The victors enjoyed some yummy hot chocolate too! @BewbushAcademyhttps://t.co/25cPTR0lFH
Year 1 have been learning about the names of different trees. They went on a tree hunt, collecting leaves and creating bark rubbings. It was so much fun exploring the school grounds and enjoying the beautiful autumnal colours. @BewbushAcademyhttps://t.co/SoN0wiaESf
Last week, year four learnt all about pitch. We used boomwhackers and decided what order we might need to place them in when we think about pitch. We even made our own pan flutes, using straws, to investigate how the length of a straw can affect its pitch! @BewbushAcademyhttps://t.co/110KFozqcz
What a great WW2 day for year 6. They really enjoyed their visit to the “Home front bus” as well as their activities in and out of class. They surely made us all jealous with their fabulous costumes! @HomeFrontBushttps://t.co/XLwvdHX3Ko
Another growth mindset superstar in Year 6! Look at Zuzanna’s achievement, do you think you can do the same? https://t.co/ZautQi3sq1
🎶🎼 Children in Nightingale class have enjoyed exploring 'claves'.
They used the instrument to perform the call and response song Kye Kye Kule.
This is a traditional West African song.🎼🎶 https://t.co/j0K2C1lsNM
Today, in Year 5, we were given various materials such as copper, wood, paper, steel etc and had to test these in a circuit to see if they were a conductor or an insulator.
Did you know: water will become a conductor if you add salt to the water! We couldn’t believe it! https://t.co/pPq16OOZqX
As a reward for their amazing behaviour, Skylark class got to engrave their names in Norse Runes. Well done, keep up the good work! https://t.co/8fPT9Dt0np
🔦👤Year 3 have been exploring the world of shadows. We went shadow spotting outside our classrooms, we created a shadow puppet and explored how large the shadow would be when the puppet was moved further away from the screen. Ask us what we discovered.👤🔦 https://t.co/H1YXVP0MLS
