Year 3 children really enjoyed their Victorian day. We started the morning with handwriting, times tables and drills on the playground with some very strict teachers! Today we became real life detectives in the classroom and hunted for clues about our new class book. We also found some letters to unjumble which spelt 'Missing Detective!'. Hmmm..what do you think our new class text might be about?
Year 4 took part in the Young Writers Competition 2021, titled 'A Wander in the Woods.' They wrote a 100-word mini-saga with an enchanted theme. This week the children have enjoyed making some traditional Indian food to support the literacy text 'No Dinner' by Jessica Souhami. The children made a mango lassi and also made chapattis.
